Common questions
- Booking a session: open the app, tap Reserve, choose your barber and time, and confirm.
- Cancelling or rescheduling: open the session under Schedule. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $20 fee.
- Membership: manage or cancel your membership under Profile → Membership.
- Deleting your account: Profile → Sign-in & security → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and personal data.
- Payment or billing issues: email us with the date and amount and we'll sort it out.
